dkstudio was appointed as the Project Manager and Architect of Record for the relocation of this flagship Guerlain boutique. Located in the heart of Toronto’s Bloor Street, the 1,800 square foot store boasts a fresh new design concept.
Key design features include an illuminated glass motif pattern storefront, a global first for Guerlain. Other highlights include a unique beauty cabin catering to spa clientele, complete with an elegant private bathroom and shower. The design provides for a product offering that includes exclusive cimited edition collections.
This project was challenging in light of both an extremely tight budget and chort construction schedule. dkstudio worked closely with Guerlain’s head office and the local construction team to deliver this modern and luxurious boutique.
