dkstudio architects inc. was appointed as the Project Manager for a new 2,000 sq. ft. Louis Vuitton boutique situated in a brand new Holt Renfrew department store located in downtown Vancouver. dkstudio worked closely with Holt Renfrew to produce a store that would be completed in time for the department store opening while achieving Louis Vuitton’s high standards for quality. The team was faced with many challenges including inclement weather and strict municipal and seismic requirements, in addition to the tight deadline imposed due to Holt Renfrew’s grand opening. In the face of these challenges, the luxury store was completed successfully, surpassing client expectations.
