dkstudio was engaged in 2010 by Space Matrix for the concept design of a new head office for Wells Fargo Bank in Hyderabad, India. The office for 2,500 staff incorporates a two-storey high reception and greeting area that features unique artifacts that speak of the colourful history of the American bank and its role in helping to open the American West in the 1800's.

Consisting of 8 storeys of office and facility spaces, the office includes a cafeteria and town hall, a gym, library and data centre. Given the bank's commitment to technology, the office is fully equipped with the latest data and presentation equipment seamlessly integrated into the design. With sustainable design also being high on the bank's agenda, the office was designed to achieve a LEED Platinum rating.
